Online Mental Health Resources for Graduate Students

Being a grad student comes with challenges, and it’s important to take care of your mental health throughout your journey, and seek help doing so when you need it. According to the 2016 UW–Madison Healthy Minds Study, 90% of students who used mental health care found it helpful. UW–Madison offers resources that are available to you as an online student.
