      At 6:41 this evening in EPD 612, all instructors and students were dropped from the web conference.  The system tried several times to reconnect everyone.  After a few system-initiated cycles everyone was reconnected except Jeff Russell who was in his office on campus.  Jeff had to separately reconnect.

      I noticed we had a massive dropout of students during EPD 690 (Innovations) tonight.

      Thanks, Nick, for letting us know that the Innovations course experienced a similar problem.  This reporting will help our tech team track down the source of the problem.
