Corporate Member of Women in Manufacturing (WiM)

UW-Madison Interdisciplinary Professional Programs is a new Corporate member of Women in Manufacturing® (WiM), the only national trade association dedicated to supporting, promoting, and inspiring women who have chosen a career in the manufacturing industry. We are excited to get involved with this organization!

WiM has several national programs, like the SUMMIT, WiM Regional Conferences (North, South and West) , Summer Leadership Conference & Winter Leadership Conference ( both exclusive to WiM Corporate members), Executive Networking Groups, and more. They also offer educational opportunities via their 501(c)(3), the WiM Education Foundation, such as the Leadership Institute, Management Development Program, and the Empowering Women in Production Program. The WiMEF also powers the Virtual Learning Series, which are free monthly webinars presented by subject matter experts on a variety of MFG-related topics. Each webinar is archived in WiM’s Virtual Learning Library, which has over 100+ hours of on-demand content. Lastly, WiM has a very strong network of local Chapters, who host in-person and virtual events on about a quarterly basis.

As a UW-Madison online engineering student, you are able to enroll at no cost due to our Corporate Membership.  You do need to fill out an enrollment form.  Select Corporate Professional when signing up or scan the QR code below.
